JML Safety was created to bring practical, bilingual safety training directly to the crews who need it most. Instead of generic, classroom-style instruction, we focus on hands-on training in real field conditions using the equipment people work with every day.
Our team brings experience in agriculture, equipment safety, and workplace compliance, with certifications in equipment operation, CPR and First Aid, respiratory protection, and heat and wildfire safety. We support farms, orchards, vineyards, and small businesses across Washington State with tailored training, written programs, audits, and our SABER micro-certification modules for seasonal teams.
